Maintenance Supervisor

General Description:

This job is ideal for a leader who has technical expertise in equipment,

an understanding of property maintenance, and enjoys a fast pace and

challenging environment!

You will be responsible for leading a team of technical and skilled employees

that service our restaurants, rental homes and apartments and commercial real

estate, including shopping centers.

Oversight of warehouse, parts inventory, equipment inventory and

logistics as well as keeping a budget is included in position.

Scheduling of routine preventative restaurant maintenance,

routine residential maintenance and commercial maintenance is a key component.

Qualifications:

Must be a professional leader, with a track record of accomplishing

tasks through others.

Follow up skills, and the ability to set and re-set priorities is

crucial.

Knowledge of iPhone, Basic Outlook, Calendar, Word and Excel is

beneficial.

Hands on experience with carpentry, electric, plumbing, HVAC and/or

refrigeration a plus.

Must be able to lift to #75

Must be able to handle extreme temperatures.

Must be able to stoop, bend, stretch, pull and push, without

experiencing physical discomfort or pain

Must have a valid Drivers License and the ability

to pass a background check and drug test.

Must be willing to travel. Most properties are

within 4 hour drive, but occasional overnight stay is required.
