Magnolia Foods LLC is currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in Rialto, CA 92376.

About the Role:
- The Maintenance Supervisor will provide supervision and support for the 3rd Shift 4:30 PM to 2:00 AM. Position reports to Maintenance Manager. Direct Reports to this position are Maintenance Mechanic Technicians.
What You’ll Do:
- Comply with all Plant, State and Federal OSHA, EPA, FDA, HACCP, and SQF regulations.
- Perform all monitored Maintenance Duties according to our Maintenance Preventive Program.
- In charge for scheduling the daily maintenance of the plant.
- Special repair requests
- Maintains production and quality by ensuring operation of machinery and mechanical equipment.
- Generate disciplinary actions to the employees and inform manager as soon as possible.
- Fill any position in the absence of a mechanic or lubricator.
- Enforce all safety procedures.
- Other areas and/ or machinery that is maintained on a periodic basis.
Our Ideal Candidate:
Education and Experience
- Minimum 4 years of experience in maintenance supervisor and/or management
- Industrial Mechanical and electrical experience required
- Bilingual in Spanish is strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
- 5S and WCM experience a plus
- Experience with SQF, Silliker, or AIB course
- Knowledge of the HACCP program
- Knowledge of OSHA, military, health department, EPA, city and county regulations preferred

- Be punctual, dependable, and able to perform the essential duties and responsibilities satisfactorily and expeditiously.
- Able to effectively work unsupervised, displaying a high level of initiative.
- Comfortable working alone, or as part of a team; and demonstrate leadership attributes that foster effective working relationships.
- Able to understand all policies, procedures, instructions, rules, and regulations (including all safety training and safety information) associated with this position which is written in English. In addition, the successful candidate must be able to appropriately respond to these and, where needed, provide reports, presentations, information, or communications in English.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
- Specialized Industrial Equipment: Forklift, scissor lift, hand powered tools, etc.
- Be able to complete in house projects from start to finish. Complete turnkey
