Schedule Monday- Thursday 7:00am to 5:30pm (Occasional; Friday shifts may be required but not mandatory)

Location: This position is located at our Bolingbrook, IL facility. Candidates must be within reasonable commute distance to this location.

Job Summary: This position will be responsible for the overall maintenance and upkeep of the facility.

Job Description: Responsibilities and duties include but are not limited to the below.

· Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment.

· Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment (e.g., lift trucks, pneumatic systems, material handling equipment, hydraulic equipment, dock equipment, electronic and electrical equipment, etc.) according to procedures.

· Perform maintenance, troubleshoot and repair of 480V 3 phase electrical control circuits, motor control circuits, Device Control circuits (PC and PLC control systems a PLUS)

· Perform maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair of facility systems including fire control systems, alarm systems, 2-way radio systems, and dock door systems.

· Perform building maintenance as needed.

· Complete work orders, records, logs and other written or computer-based documents according to established procedures.

· Operate material handling equipment, battery equipment, moving machinery, and other powered equipment.

· Maintain a safe and productive work environment and follow all safety policies and procedures

· Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

· Proven maintenance experience in these types of areas: Industrial- Manufacturing- Equipment- Machinery- Etc.

· Skilled with hand and power tools including common tools such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches.

· Ability to take apart machines, equipment, or devices to remove and replace defective parts.

· Ability to understand blueprints, repair manuals and parts catalogs as necessary.

· Strong organizational and follow up skills.

· Ability to communicate clearly in person, over the phone, and through email.

· Strong time management skills

· Strong willingness to work hard, be reliable and attentive and pay close attention to detail.

· Ability to stand and move around for extended periods of time.

· Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50lbs or more., required.

Salary: $20.00 to $26.00 per hour (based on experience)
