Job description

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team at Point Breeze Apartments. HVAC certification helpful. Must have basic hand tools. Must have reliable transportation and be able to move appliances as needed. Plumbing, electrical, and carpentry experience helpful as well as the ability to diagnose heating and air requests.

Responsibilities:

• Repair and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.
• Complete work orders as assigned.
• Assist with keeping grounds clean.
• Pool knowledge helpful. Keep pool clean and maintained.
• Maintain building structure, floors, windows and doors.
• Monitor all equipment to ensure it is running smoothly in accordance with its maintenance protocols.
• Perform preventative maintenance on the building’s components through regular inspections that include regular checking of the heating system to prevent water damage and unblocking of drains.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
