We are looking for a hard-working individual with previous maintenance experience to help with the upkeep of one of our apartment complexes. A professional resume with extensive work history must be included to be considered.

This position comes with base compensation that is based on experience and will be between $16-$24/hour.

The responsibilities that are listed below are not all inclusive; however, they are indicative of the type of responsibilities normally performed by a member of the Maintenance Team:

JOB DUTIES

• Responding to resident work orders
• Cleaning and renovation of vacant apartments for new move-ins
• Light plumbing
• Painting and drywall repair
• Light electrical work
• Light carpentry and flooring repair
• Able to fix standard apartment appliances: Fridge, Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Maintain positive attitude when under strict deadlines
• Able to pass Background Check and Drug Test
• HVAC Certified (preferred but not required)
• Valid Driver's License with proof of insurance
• Flexible Availability Needed
• You will be required to be on call at all times
• Must have own tools

COMPENSATION

• Base hourly rate between $16-$24 per hour
• Opportunity for onsite living at the property with partial rent concession after 30 days of employment (~$5,00/year +/-)
• Additional compensation opportunities to be identified following achievement of above milestones
• Full Ancillary Benefits Package (vision, dental, life, etc.) (~$800/year +/-)
• Above figure does not include age-based benefits such as Critical Illness or Long-Term Disability coverage
• 401K Plan with company match
• Heath Insurance Assistance (~$3,000/year +/-)
• Total Value of ~$50,000-$70,000/year +/-
