We are looking for a full-time Maintenance Technician for a residential apartment community located in Chester, Virginia. The ideal candidate will have general knowledge of maintenance, plumbing, minor electrical, drywall repair, HVAC, painting and appliance repair. Experience in the multi-family housing industry is strongly preferred. HVAC certified is preferred. We offer a competitive salary, an excellent benefits package, 20% discount on housing, and more.
For a limited time, Donaldson will offer a one-time sign-on bonus of $1,000, less appropriate withholdings, for this specific position / location.
To qualify for the sign-on bonus:

- Payout will occur as the following:
