About us

We are professional and agile real estate management company looking for maintenance helpers and engineers and day porters.

We are in search of a Porter/Maintenance expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will hold experience in foyer and stairwell cleaning and have some knowledge of electrical work, painting and carpentry. The successful candidate will be working in an environment that is physically demanding, so we are looking for someone who is hard working and motivated.

Responsibilities:

• Perform janitorial duties such as sweeping and mopping.
• Complete general maintenance activities such as changing light bulbs, and cleaning refrigerators and microwaves.
• Communicate with building occupants to answer questions, provide information, and respond to requests.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the building.
• Wash windows and glass doors.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

• Bethesda, MD 20814: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
