OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION
This position is located in Bardstown, KY servicing Bardstown Village Apartments. The maintenance technician is responsible for the receipt, distribution, follow-up, and control of maintenance requests.
Preventive maintenance schedules and adherence to them is the responsibility of the maintenance technician. This individual will oversee the make ready process of an apartment and work with the maintenance supervisor and community manager(s) to ensure that units are ready for immediate occupancy.
Pay: $14/hr DOE + phone allowance + competitive benefit package including 401(k) match after 6 months of employment
