We looking for self-motivated and team-oriented professional Maintenance Technicians, Leads and Supervisors.Team members will be required to use their skills to perform a wide range of tasks at multiple properties, island-wide. Tasks involve property checks as well as routine and schedule maintenance, repairs, construction and installations on a wide range of projects including small carpentry repairs, painting, lighting, internet/wi-fi, entertainment systems and appliances as well as on AC, electrical and water systems. Tasks will range from emergency oriented responses to prevent further damage or injury to scheduled repairs and maintenance.
We are seeking experienced overall “handymen” as well as those with specific specialties. Tools, equipment and transportation will be provided.
Compensation based on experience and total includes incentive bonus program, full benefits as well as mileage and cell phone reimbursement. Work schedule with vary and include weekends and holidays.
