About This Exciting New Role:
We are growing! We're looking for laser focused Manager in Training to be a part of the Clinic Leadership Team. By being the liaison between clinic staff and the customer, you will be taking responsibility of the business operations, controlling the flow of the clinic and anticipating any challenges that may arise.
This role will ensure that clinic profitability is maximized and five-star customer service is consistent in the clinic at all times.
Main objectives include, but are not limited to:
People
- Leader of the team when the Clinic Manager is not present in the clinic, and show ownership of the business.
- Liaison between the Manager and Medical Team in order to:
- Maintain consistent communication with manager, keep report for weekly meetings
- Keep staff up to date on policies and regulations
- Correct any problem areas with training and coaching
- Aid in Customer Service/Client Complaints
- Coach staff as needed
- Enforce that all company policies and procedures are carried out by the other employees and Registered Nurses working within your team. Work with your manager to create verbal and written warnings when procedures are not being performed properly.
- Relay all medical-related issues to Clinic Manager and Regional RN
Operations
- Clearly communicate with Manager to ensure all clinic standards (customer service, sales and medical) are being met consistently
- Manage the flow of Booker, keeping utilization consistent with business standards
- Ensure that client appointments are running on time
- Assist with new-hire training and set the bar high, leading by example. Allow 1-2 days of front desk and FD training to be lead by your assistance and example
- Ensure clinic opening and closing procedures are being implemented correctly
Sales
- Review Scorecard, Action Plan, Daily/Monthly Goals, and Monthly In-Store Promotions with the team daily
- Lead by example and create a positive staff-customer relationship
- Ensure sales goals and Action Plan are being tracked and met daily
- Review sales strategies and tactics with team. Give each team member enough information to make decisions based on customer requests and expectations
- Work with manager to keep team morale and motivation at a high level
- Maximize conversion with First Time Clients, and review best practices with staff
- Speak intelligently and informatively about the treatment
About you:
-You have a minimum of 2 - 4 years of management experience in a retail environment.
- You have a passion for accessible and inclusive beauty.
- You rock the foundations with a proficiency of Retail Math, MS Office Suite, and Outlook.
-You are a business strategist - you can seamlessly maneuver through day to day tactics and exhibit exceptional customer service and outreach.
