Job Summary:
We are looking for a Learning and Development (L&D) Manager to help our employees advance their skills and knowledge. You should be passionate about defining processes, strategic planning, helping people learn and grow. Excellent communication skills are essential. Ultimately, you will help our company succeed by training and developing its people.
Responsibilities and Deliverables:
- Executing the training program for new hires and existing people in the organization.
- Ability to speak to a group of people and provide them with clear and precise guidance on how to go through a training program. Make people comfortable and answer any questions.
- Deliver soft skill training with a very precise and clear outline. Re-skill if required to match people through the process with the organization's objective.
- Ability to understand various personalities and suggest and deliver the required skill set training.
- Execute learning strategies and programs.
- Evaluate individual and organizational development needs.
- Responsible for overseeing and implementing the learning and development initiatives of an organization. This may include designing and delivering training programs, creating development plans for employees, and evaluating the effectiveness of learning and development programs.
- Establishing a feedback system to assess the effectiveness of training programs and draw vital inputs to enhance the value proposition in the training structure. Responsible to report on a daily basis.
- Review the success or failure of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities. continues revisions of the training program to match the expectations.
Requirements
- Develop and implement the company's learning and development strategy.
- Identify training needs across the organization.
- Design and deliver learning programs, including instructor-led training, e-learning, and on-the-job training.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements.
- Manage the company's learning management system and ensure all training materials are up-to-date and accurate.
- Work closely with HR to design and deliver onboarding and orientation programs for new Joiners.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in learning and development
- Experience working in an IT company is preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to design and deliver engaging learning programs
- Proficiency with learning management systems
- Strong project management skills
- Bachelor's degree in IT is preferred.
