You will be responsible for ongoing Specialty dentist recruitment including successful onboarding and retention efforts within the organization, sourcing, qualifying, screening, and placing dentists in opportunities throughout the organization. This position develops and maintains a pipeline of talent focused on driving business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute recruitment strategies to enhance profitability, productivity, and efficiency throughout the company’s operations
- Maintain regular communication with potential candidates via email, phone, and social networking
- Schedule candidates through the interview process
- Provide exceptional communication and follow-up with appropriate COOs, Directors, Doctors, and staff at the practices
- Some travel as needed to all regions as directed to attend company seminars, trade shows, vendor fairs, lunch and learns, and socials
- Continuously evaluate and recommend process improvement measures
- Continually meet or exceed targeted fill goals under responsibilities
