MANAGER of TECHNOLOGY OPERATIONS

As the Manager of Technology Operations you will play a critical role in the overall success of the implementation and administration of Franconnect as well as assisting with numerous operational systems that drive the success of the business.

This role reports directly to the Chief Information Officer.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Coordinate the implementation, setup and administration of Franconnect, including the set-up of campaigns, workflows and hub support.
Assist with implementation and support of technology related operational software tools
Act as a liaison between technology and operations to gather requirements and drive projects to support the business.

REQUIREMENTS

Must have 1-2 years hands-on experience with Franconnect and implementation of Franconnect tools and workflows.
Bachelors Degree
1+ years of retail or service-base Franchise experience

COMPENSATION + BENEFITS
