JOB SUMMARY:

The Visual Merchandising production manager leads the safe, efficient, and professional efforts of the regional production staff, managing all aspects of production, training, safety, and logistics to deliver high quality, and timely results, based on department and company goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deliver exemplary customer service through strong ownership and professionalism
  • Manage daily operating practices, staff scheduling, and project priorities while adjusting to changing information
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment for all employees
  • Manage and forecast operating expenses within plan
  • Develop and maintain local resources and suppliers
  • Full proficiency in all major power tools and shop equipment
  • Oversight of personal and equipment safety requirements for all employees
  • Plan, facilitate and execute projects with tight deadlines
  • Research and resolve issues using appropriate resources
  • Collaborate with peers and leaders to ensure project outcomes align with priorities and direction

  • Advanced cabinetry / Fine Woodworking experience
  • 5-7 years of successful People and Project Management
  • Ability to read and edit technical drawings
  • Clear and effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel and work flexible schedules
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
