Position Purpose: Manage a team of 6-8 Project Managers and support business objectives through project planning, implementation and delivery of business initiatives.

• Manage a team of 6-8 Project/Program Managers, along with team management and coaching
• Support the team on their projects, helping with issues that arise with Business Owners and navigate IT.
• Partner with business owners and leaders to develop Strategy for complex programs.
• Develop project management tools and templates to ensure efficient and effective use of portfolio projects
• Facilitate SMEs and leaders in decision making and problem solving.
• Coordinate cross-functional meetings and ensure stakeholder expectations and company’s objectives are met
• Oversee realization of benefits, including tracking financial and qualitative results post project closure

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or related field. Master's degree preferred. 4+ years of project management experience, preferably in a technology based solution delivery environment. Proficient with project management software and Microsoft Office applications, including SharePoint and Visio. Previous experience as a lead in a functional area, managing cross functional teams on large scale projects or supervisory experience including hiring, training, assigning work and managing the performance of staff.

License/Certification: Project Management Professional Certificate (PMP) and Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.

Pay range: $82,600-148,700 per year

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law. The employee may be eligible for bonuses and other forms of compensation.
