The Role

The Manager, SAI Platform Management will be responsible for providing platform and implementation support to grow and scale Strategic Advisers’ (SAI) model management business, including Personalized Planning and Advice models, FidFolios and Fidelity Go. The position will coordinate with technology partners and key stakeholders to help refine the vision, roadmap and prioritization needs across the business. Responsibilities will include ensuring operational readiness and providing support related to processes and infrastructure. The position will represent SAI on projects of various size and complexity, including system enhancements and cross-company product initiatives.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • 5+ years working experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • Broad-based investment industry experience; experience with project management, business analysis and systems analysis

  • Highly motivated, proactive professional with excellent data and communication skills who is eager to learn about managed accounts

  • Understanding of data querying skills using SQL, Snowflake, Tableau, Excel

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to understand complex requirements

  • Strong project management skills, business judgment and willingness to escalate issues, as necessary

  • A leader with relationship management, communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively

  • Team orientation; dedication to excellence; attention to detail; self-driven
