MANAGER, TALENT ACQUISITION
West Hills, California (Hybrid)
THE ROLE
The Manager of Talent Acquisition is responsible for leading the Talent Acquisition team. Reporting directly to the Director of Talent Inclusion and Belonging, the Manager will lead the day-to-day talent acquisition practices, including ensuring positive hiring manager, candidate and new-hire experiences. This person will manage all aspects of the recruiting function by partnering with the immediate team, hiring managers, HR partners (HRBPs), and other business stakeholders across the manufacturing sites and the corporate office.

Critical contributions this role is counted on to deliver include:
  • Lead and maintain the Talent Acquisition end-to-end process in alignment with Pharmavite’s overall Talent strategy.
  • Partner with hiring managers, to clearly and proactively identify recruiting goals and strategies for open positions.
  • Identify and administer compliance practices and adhere to OFCCP requirements.
  • Directly lead the search process for Manager and above roles for Corporate functions.
  • Leverage social media and other platforms to promote the Pharmavite EVP and attract diverse talent.
  • Partner with TA Operations Manager to identify and leverage tools and best practices to engage internal and external candidates, hiring managers and company stakeholders.
  • Utilize key recruiting metrics and measure outcomes to articulate the impact of the talent acquisition team.
  • Coach and develop the Talent Acquisition team and enhance capabilities that ensure a positive candidate experience and effective end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate is recognized as an experienced recruiting leader who is passionate about delivering the right talent to the right opportunity to advance the company’s purpose and priorities.
  • You know the talent marketplace and bring those insights to bear as you lead the TA team and consult with HRBPs.
  • You are a strong communicator and always maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • You have attention to detail as well as strong project and time management skills, especially in situations when you are required to juggle multiple activities.
  • You enjoy building relationships and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve recruiting objectives.
  • Track record of success managing team of TA coordinators, specialists, and recruiters.
  • Demonstrated expertise and experience in various TA roles including sourcing and recruiting.

In order to take on these challenges, you’ll need to have:
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 7+ years of related corporate Talent Acquisition experience with a minimum of 4 years of management experience.
  • Well-developed leadership skills with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated success with client engagement, including ability to build and maintain effective partnerships and influence business partners and decision makers.
  • Ability to interact professionally with candidates and internal managers at all levels and represent the organization culture.
  • Strong business acumen, analytical, and talent planning skills
  • Ability to develop a thorough understanding of Pharmavite’s business, to effectively articulate company culture, strategies, and initiatives
  • Advance proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Hands on experience with Workday recruiting module or other ATS.

Annual Pay
Annual Pay Range
$125,100.00 - $187,600.00
This represents the minimum and maximum base salary range for this role, plus annual incentive. Various elements are used to determine a candidate’s starting salary such as job experience, specific skills, and comparison to internal incumbents currently in the role.
