Our rapid expansion and new complex capital structure are driving the need for a Treasury Manager. This individual contributor will play a critical role in driving forward our Treasury operations. The main focus of this position will be servicing our capital structure and mitigating risk associated with changes in global market conditions. The role will also perform other various reporting, forecasting, cash management, and adhoc tasks as required.
Essential Functions and Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with service provider to implement treasury workstation bringing automation and improved visibility into rolling global 13-week cash forecast.
  • Manage all aspects of ongoing maintenance and administration of Treasury Workstation and eBAM reporting tools.
  • Oversee all bank account maintenance and prepare annual FBAR filings.
  • Advance department reporting capabilities by leveraging the use of DOMO. Work with finance partners and regional management to identify meaningful KPI’s and create reporting to support ongoing measurement.
  • Own preparation of capital structure compliance including, monthly borrowing base certificates, quarterly collateral reporting and any other covenant compliance reporting required.
  • Forecast cash flow impacts for all Treasury related activity including credit facility draws/repayments/ interest, hedging settlements, planned investments or dividends.
  • Coordinate with Supply Chain Finance and local regions to develop rolling monthly hedge forecast for intercompany inventory purchases and present to hedge committee for review and approval.
  • Produce and maintain all necessary documentation required to support hedging designations and hedge accounting treatment.
  • Review and approve all intercompany spot FX trade activity.
  • Work with regional finance partners to issue and renew letters of credit and guarantees.
  • Partner with accounting team to ensure proper compliance on all internal and external audit requirements.
  • Collaborate with FPA team to ensure cashflow statement and cash forecast are aligned.
  • Recommend and implement solutions to strengthen operations and incorporate best practices.
  • Lead cross-treasury, cross-functional and/or international projects as needed.
  • Maintain positive banking relationships with counterparty banks.
  • Performs other responsibilities as required.
Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
  • Ability to quickly understand complex transactions and provide direction to treasury team and accounting leadership regarding impacts on accounting, reporting, processes, and controls.
  • Technical knowledge of capital markets and foreign exchange products.
  • Strong analytical, research, organizational, accounting, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong written and oral English communication skills. Ability to present data to various levels and audiences
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint; Excel - advanced level).
  • Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, team environment.
  • Must be curious, well-organized, hands on and detail oriented and work with a sense of urgency.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills suited to working across teams
Education, Work Experience, and Professional Certifications:
  • BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business.
  • 7+ years of experience in treasury, accounting, or finance positions with focus on Capital Markets and FX Management.
  • CTP certification preferred.

We consider many factors in determining base compensation, including position scope, job related knowledge, education, skills, experience, and work location. The expected annual base pay range for this position is $115,000 - $125,000. Additional benefits, such as health & wellness, performance bonuses, product discounts, holidays, paid time off, etc. may also be offered in accordance with our plans.
