Requirements:

• A minimum of 3-5 years of management experience in a fast-casual environment with similar quality standards

• A service-oriented mindset and an appreciation for building repeat guests

• Full-time open availability, including nights and weekends

• A valid ServSafe and Philadelphia/DC Food Safety Certification

• Knowledge of POS Systems, ALOHA knowledge is a plus

• Experience working in a kitchen

Responsibilities:

• Adheres to financial goals and objectives as it relates to food cost, labor cost, and any other expenses associated with HipCityVeg operations

• Actively manage all store operations including FOH and BOH management

• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, excellent decision-making, and a passion for delivering best-in-class customer experience

• Taking an active role in recruiting strong candidates for all positions while developing current employees through empowerment and effective decision- making

• Addresses employee concerns and timely resolves issues

• Monitors bi-weekly payroll information to assure it’s accurate and submitted on time
