A company located in Bensenville, IL is seeking an experienced manual turret lathe operator to join their team.
Previous experience operating a manual lathe is required.

Description:
Responsible for operating a manual turret lathe and other manual equipment (bar feed, air chuck, jib crane, dolly cart).
Select speeds, feeds and tools
Perform operations such as drill, bore, face, turn, tap, thread, chambers, groove, seat
Check work periodically, make adjustments as needed, and grind to replace dull tools.
Move material, parts or containers
Work off blueprints to ensure correct tolerance and quality standards
Utilize Micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring equipment
