A medical device company is seeking a Manufacturing Team Lead on 2nd shift in Laconia, NH. You’ll provide leadership and direction to help your team make products that matter! Responsibilities of the Manufacturing Team Lead – 2nd Shift
- Motivate, train, develop, and provide performance feedback to employees
- Manage work flow to meet production schedule, goals/metrics, and quality standards
- Lead and promote continuous improvement activities
- Support implementation of and adherence to new policies and procedures
- Ensure employee compliance with all established safety procedures
- Perform other related duties as assigned or required
Qualifications of the Manufacturing Team Lead – 2nd Shift
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5-7 years of manufacturing experience (medical device manufacturing preferred)
- Proven track of added responsibility
- Demonstrated leadership and team-building skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Computer skills including MS Office
- Basic math skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- Experience using manufacturing measurement devices
Hours are Monday through Friday from 2:30pm-11:00pm. We look forward to hearing from you about this Team Lead position!
