About the Role: CH-QREG Platform at Cherry Hill is seeking an associate to join our newly forming Finishing Team to inspect/sample/package and perform rigorous batch review for regulated products on 3rd shift. This commitment provides the opportunity to join a new and growing team to help ensure that we are meeting our operations objectives and customer needs. Standard weekly hours are Sunday night – Friday morning, 11:00p.m – 7:30a.m.

This role will be located at our facility in Elkton, Maryland.

Please note that evening, night and weekend shift positions are eligible for an additional $2/hour shift differential pay (in California, the shift differential pay is $2.40/hour).

Responsibilities:
  • Organize and carry out quality control sampling of regulated intermediates for production and R&D support
  • Utilize inspection and respooling machines to ensure product quality
  • Perform data collection & entry.
  • Partner with engineering, NPD, logistics, and Quality associates to ensure quality of product and data
  • Perform formal product batch and data review
  • Label and package intermediates for shipment
  • Be receptive and responsive to feedback from others while providing constructive, meaningful, and timely feedback to teammates
  • Maintain a positive attitude and actively engage in team discussions and activities
  • Build strong, personal relationships and encourage diversity of thought to enable team performance
  • Identify and actively participate in continuous improvement efforts

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience
  • Excellent attention to detail and organization skills
  • Experience working within a defined Quality System and making sound product quality decisions with emphasis on document review
  • Strong math and computer skills (experience with MES, ERP, Microsoft tools).
  • Demonstrated ability to follow detailed procedures unsupervised, accurately, and efficiently
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a functional team
  • Demonstrated effective communications skills, both verbal and written with an ability to positively influence teammates
  • Demonstrated ability to apply good personal judgement and consult others when needed.
  • Must be able to work in a Class 100,000 cleanroom environment which includes wearing hairnet, frock, gloves, shoe covers, beard cover (where applicable) and no makeup
  • Able to lift up to 25 pounds multiple times over an 8-hour period

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience in an FDA or other regulated environment.
  • Experience in Quality Inspection
