Job Title: Marketing Analyst

Location: Arizona

Duration: 10 Months

Pay Rate: $23 - $28

Job Description:

• Responsible for review of Medicare Part D beneficiary communications; accountable for accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to CMS guidelines.
• This proofing position requires strong organizational, time management, and creative problem-solving skills.
• Responsible for review of communications related to Medicare PBM clients, including full service offerings.
• Must be able to work well in a cross-functional team, remote access environment [Work From Home] and possess the ability to collaborate well with others.
• Must be able to work effectively with all areas of the business to deliver compliant communications to our members.
• The key activity is proof review in preparation for the Annual Enrollment Period with high level volume and possibly changing priorities.
• There may be periods of additional effort and hours within the day and possibly over the weekend.
• On the job training during first two weeks.
• First shift position.

Duties:

• Heavy emphasis on qc of member materials.
• Proof review consists of test proof pdf check against the template and test data.
• May involve word for word checks, branding and variable data population check.
• Act as an independent, self-starter, and anticipate requests to properly execute proofing tasks and meet deadlines.
• Direction and volume may change without warning.
• Direction will come from permanent seasoned team members and a close collaboration is expected.

Experience:

• 3-5 years of marketing, qc/proofing experience with a focus on Medicare Part D marketing member communications.
• Superior project management and organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Consistently demonstrates professionalism, reliability, accountability, and flexibility, in working with others.
• Active listening skills Ability to work well within a team setting.
• Strong attention to detail and process. Knowledge of Excel, Outlook, Word , PDF mark-up. Medicare Part D experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of health plans, Medicare and member communications is helpful.

Position Summary:

• On a daily basis, perform test proof or document review of member materials in preparation of Annual Enrollment Period and Welcome Season.
• These are Medicare Part D member materials.
• May include word for word verification and multiple rounds of edit review.
• Partner with internal permanent team members for direction and feedback.
• Volume and priorities can change without much notice, so flexibility to address with overtime is a possibility.
• May include weekend work [rare but possible].
• There will be constant interaction with the existing internal team for feedback and support.

Education:

• Communications, Marketing or similar bachelors degree
• May consider a combination of experience and education
