Job description
O'Neill Healthcare is seeking a Marketing and Assisted Living move-in coordinator to assist all Move-in's at three of our assisted livings and marketing functions across the company. This position will be based out of our home office in North Ridgeville with occasional travel between facilities in western Cuyahoga and eastern Lorain County.
Duties:
- Organize and track Marketing Materials and Advertisements.
- Work directly with the director of sales to ensure that move-in's at our North Olmsted, North Ridgeville and Bay Village facility are completed quickly and effectively.
- Carry out processes and marketing plans as guided by Ownership and Marketing Director.
- Being an ambassador in our assisted living communities.
- Participate in internal and external marketing events.
- The move-in coordinator will be present at most move-ins to assist and greet the new residents, filling out satisfaction surveys, bonding with the residents at the communities, and ensuring that all paperwork/apparent maintenance is completed before the move.
- Create advertisements, Newsletters and facility promotional flyers.
Preferred Experience and Skills:
- Ability to be kind and compassionate to family members and residents.
- Sales Experience in Assisted Livings.
- Strong computer and organizational skills.
- Time management.
- Marketing Experience.
- Be able to commute between Western Cuyahoga and Eastern Lorain County.
- Ability to create social media posts.
- Ability to design marketing materials.
- Social Media and Website Creativity.
This position will be an hourly position, working 35-40 hours a week. Schedule will vary based on date/time of move ins. Position will pay $25-$30/hr with bonuses for each successful move in.
