Overview:

Our client, a progressive, employee-friendly, insurance broker, has an immediate opening for a Marketing Manager with commercial lines or related experience to join their team.

This role entails establishing an on-line presence through added social channels, developing strategic communications strategies across all digital platforms to increase social media followers and collaborating with the IT team to upgrade and redesign the communication platform and contact management systems to improve member engagement.

What you’ll be doing?

• 
  Responsible for the branding and social media, website content and meetings management for the Association reporting directly to the Executive Director.
  
• Redesigning the organization's website to include responsive features, cleaner navigation, a new interface and improved SEO.
  
• Developing a new brand identity with a modern and unique graphic style and tone for both print and on-line, designing innovative and targeted collateral to support overall branding objectives.
  
• Planning and managing industry events in the organization's state-of-the-art conference center.
  
• Coordinating website content and design with the company’s management team.
  
• Assist with the presentation of statistical data on the website.
  
• Coordinating and drafting the company’s publications, videos and communications.
  
• Creating new graphic designs to improve content and communication of important information.
  
• Booking, preparation, and on-site management of the Conference Center and enforcing guidelines and agreements.
  
• Assist in the planning of the company’s internal and external meetings on-site and off-site.
  
• Overseeing educational sponsorships with trade associations.
  
• Other assignments and tasks as assigned from time to time by senior management.
