We are a Children's Fashion House representing multiple brands (including KIPP Collection, Crew Kids NY, and Feathers USA) looking to build out our social media strategy through competitive research and audience identification; alongside our ecommerce website, email marketing, and influencer outreach.

Job Description:

- Generate, Edit & Publish daily content (digital design, original text, images, reels/tik toks) that builds meaningful connections and encourages customers to take action.

- Coordinate influencer marketing strategy, PR efforts and Collaborations.

- Familiarity with Shopify to upload website products seasonally

- Expand email marketing strategy (including promotional and targeted campaigns) via Klaviyo

- Create and manage promotional calendars alongside social media calendars.

- Assist with seasonal ecommerce and campaign photoshoots

- Strategize and work alongside our Creative team, Sales team, Customer Relations, and Designers on a daily basis.

Skilled Experience Required:

- Proven working experience in social media, marketing, or as a digital media specialist.

- Excellent in copy, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills.

- Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.

- Adequate knowledge of web/digital design, web development, CRO and SEO.

- Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels.

- Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.

- Must have a passion for marketing, be a self starter, an avid worker and a team player.

- Knowledgeable in Shopify is a must.

- A creative eye for video content, experience creating IG reels is a plus.

- BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
