We have an exciting opportunity for a full time Client Support Specialist position in Honolulu, Hawaii.

Position Summary:

You are passionate about social media and growing a brand's presence online. You are a creative that conceptualizes and crafts content to captivate and inspire customers to fall in love with our brands and shop at our stores and websites. You are a brand ambassador that uses your creative voice to promote an influential, fun shopping experience. You manage community engagement, cultivate sales leads, and are responsible for building a strong social media following. You create inspiration, enthusiasm and excitement about our brands and products that in turn keep our brands top of mind and help guests discover styles they love.

Responsibilities:

Marketing & Website

  • Assists with writing and crafting content for social media marketing according to the brand's voice, social media strategy, and target audience. (e.g branding, tag lines, scripts, ad or promotional copy, social media, and other digital marketing)
  • Considers copyright laws, registered trademarks, etc.
  • Assists with creating and maintaining customer journeys through social media marketing. Cultivates sales leads.
  • Engages and responds to social media users and followers comments and questions to provide a positive experience.
  • Builds and increases online presence through social media presence and number of followers for each brand.
  • Assists with special store events (may require attendance on weekends and/or evenings.)
  • Creates and schedules social media content, posts, and paid ads for approval.
  • Works with the graphic design team on photos for social media, website, and digital marketing creatives.
  • Runs daily and monthly reports for Division Manager. Research client engagements as assigned.
  • Stays current on social media trends to ensure company social media channels and content are fresh, relevant, and aspirational.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
  • Assists with monitoring and activating products for various websites.
  • Works with the graphic design team on photos for website, social media, and digital marketing creatives.
  • Collaborates with Merchandising to audit websites for accurate information on pricing and product information. Ensures that the content is accurate and can be engaged with appropriately.
  • Reviews website product activation and discontinued merchandise for various divisions weekly.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in marketing, advertising, or other related fields.
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, and other social media best practices.
  • Previous experience and success with building social media communities and increase of followers.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and able to handle deadline pressures.
  • Ability to learn and work with various office software and systems.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changes in processes and procedures.
  • Ability to use good judgement in making decisions which have significant impact on the Company’s credibility, operations, and services.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks and responsibilities.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Sitting and/or standing for sustained periods of time and moving throughout the office and retail space.
  • Must be able to lift and/or exert up to 10 pounds of force at times.
