Job Duties: This is an overview of the responsibilities and requirements attributed to the position and is not intended to be limited to such content nor does it describe solely what occupies a given day or week.

  • Manage and execute all digital marketing efforts, including social media, SEO, community management, and content creation.
  • Increase measurable engagement and membership growth for Gray Card membership via email, social media, and website
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversion across all digital channels, ensuring consistency with all brands and marketing objectives.
  • Plan, create, and publish engaging content for social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, in alignment with the overall content strategy and marketing goals.
  • Manage social media communities by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Manage and respond to reviews on Google My Business, Yelp, and TripAdvisor.
  • Implement email marketing campaigns to vacation owners and members using platforms such as ConstantContact and SendGrid.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, such as graphic designers, and affiliated vendors.
  • Analyze and report on digital marketing performance, identifying opportunities for improvement, optimization, and innovation using application-based metrics.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, social media, and hospitality, and share knowledge and insights with the team.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, community management, and content creation, preferably in the hospitality or vacation travel industry.
  • Demonstrated experience managing and executing social media, marketing strategies, and internal company communication plans.
  • Experience managing listing platforms such as Google My Business, Yelp, and TripAdvisor, and Medallia would be preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with review sites and the ability to respond to customer reviews in a professional manner.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to analyze and report on digital marketing performance.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Passion for digital marketing, social media, and hospitality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
