REPORTS TO: Senior Manager of Global Marketing
Position Summary
We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator who will report to the Senior Manager of Global Marketing and will provide marketing support to the Fuller Houston campus, as well as general marketing support for Fuller’s Pasadena and Fuller’s online/global campuses. The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for various marketing tasks in support of new student recruitment,
overall brand awareness efforts for Fuller Houston, and provide support for Fuller’s Global Marketing and Recruitment department.
Primary Responsibilities
- Serve on Fuller Houston degree program marketing teams and execute Houston-specific elements of the annual marketing campaign
- Assist with the development of marketing materials and plans in support Fuller’s overall marketing and recruitment efforts, as well as Fuller’s departments, centers, and institutes
- Assist in marketing plan creation and ongoing marketing plan management
- Coordinate media buys with approved vendors on a weekly basis for multiple different academic programs, in accordance with the respective marketing plans
- Implement paid advertising strategies across digital platforms (Google Search and Display, Facebook, Adroll), in accordance with the marketing plans
- Manage Fuller Houston’s social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) with weekly content calendars for Fuller Houston current student and prospective student audiences that match content and tone guidelines set by Communications and Branding
- Coordinate prospective student social media calendar and material creation with Fuller’s Communications & Branding department
- Track all paid advertising campaigns ongoingly, including performance metrics and due dates for upcoming campaigns and invoices
- Work in strategic coordination with the leadership of Fuller Houston (including regularly meeting with the Houston team)
Secondary Responsibilities
- Serve as the Marketing representative to Fuller Houston staff and faculty
- Work closely with C&B design team and website development team in keeping Fuller Houston webpages up to date
- Responsible for tracking and organizing all new degree program form submissions from faculty and staff to support the Ideation stage of Fuller’s New Degree Development Process
- Collect and submit invoices to the Finance team; compile and record all insertion orders
- Report regularly on campaign performance and status
- Develop recruitment materials, in collaboration with recruitment. Responsible for ordering Fuller promotional items such as t-shirts, printing, banners, vehicle wraps, etc, in accordance with Fuller Houston degree program marketing plans
- In collaboration with the Admission Recruiter - Fuller Houston, establish and maintain positive relationships with all partner churches including an annual mailing to all partner church pastors
- Identify and communicate any developments at Fuller Houston which may pose a public relations risk to Fuller Houston faculty and C&B
- Make certain that all public relations and experiential marketing events are accurately and completely represented on planning calendars and that personnel are on hand for proper implementation and supervision
- Update inquiry forms on Fuller.edu with appropriate term of interest on a quarterly basis
Qualifications
- Local to Houston, TX
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- 2-3 years of experience in social media management
- 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management skills
- Highly organized and strong attention to detail
- Ability to analyze and track digital marketing performance metrics
- Comfortable and adept at multitasking
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with social media scheduling platforms (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.)
- Working knowledge of social media asset creation (familiarity with Canva, other graphic design platforms is a plus)

Pay Scale:
The Seminary expects to pay $20.00 to $25.00 per hour USD.
