We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager who will be responsible for developing and leading marketing campaigns in the insurance industry. This manager will work to determine deadlines, action items, and deliverables with an in-house team member and our third-party marketing partner.

Job Details

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead project plans with due dates, action items, and deliverables with an in house design resource and a third-party marketing firm
  • Own, create, and approve content
  • Revise content from 3rd party partner as necessary
  • Understand insurance benefit plans
  • Creating messaging to drive enrollments and retain current members
  • Use Admin123 for client enrollment, new hire and member marketing campaigns
  • Use Hubspot for sales/broker marketing campaigns
  • Familiarity with Admin123, Hubspot, Twilio, EZ Texting and Drop Cowboy
  • Approve marketing materials
  • Drive other projects

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing
  • Strong leadership and project management skills
  • Ability to work with outsourced marketing firms
  • Understanding of insurance benefits
  • Hands-on, self-starter with a track record of getting things done
