SUMMARY
The Marketing Specialist, Team Lead, leads development and production of marketing strategies for operations and acts as team lead for Operating Group marketing team members.
This position is 100% remote and can be performed from anywhere in the U.S.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each essential function listed below:
  • Partner with behavioral services program leadership to develop and execute marketing initiatives that support growth by building awareness, engaging referral sources, and promote our position as a leader in the space.
  • Develops marketing strategies to support Operating Group business needs and produces multi-channel content and collateral
  • Creates and places in-house digital ads, optimizing based on analytics
  • Participates in Operating Group leadership meetings
  • Works closely with operations and Mentor recruitment leadership to identify opportunities for Mentor recruitment optimizations using data and input from recruitment team
  • Serves as team lead for Operating Group Mentor recruitment marketing team members, ensuring work is consistent with brand and messaging strategy while providing constructive feedback and coaching
  • Manages social media channels, analyzing and monitoring engagement
  • Produces and/or supports events from conception to follow-up
  • Promotes and maintains brand and messaging standards and facilitates rebranding as needed
  • Provides marketing/communications support for video projects as needed
  • Supports other marketing initiatives as needed
  • Performs other related duties and activities as required

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Supervises two or more Marketing Specialists.

QUALIFICATIONS :
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field preferred
  • Two years of related experience
  • Knowledge and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Power Point
Other Skills and Abilities:
  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • Demonstrated organizational skills; ability to meet deadlines and balance multiple priorities at once
  • Effective interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships and achieve results
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage/prioritize multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of HubSpot or marketing automation tool preferred
  • Strong computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft applications (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word), Adobe CC preferred, and comfort with learning and using new software tools
