Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide overall CRM database management, control, reporting and innovation as well as train various team members on usage.
  • Manage, maintain and perform key database projects and priorities such as automation programming, workflows and processes and user management.
  • Discovers/strategizes and manages database maintenance projects.
  • Develop, maintain and uphold rules for database segmentation, queries and lists.
  • Assists Digital Marketing Manager with segments, list pulls, campaign development and targeting.
  • Oversee all inbound inquiries and manages the distribution and attribution process for these leads.
  • Develop and manage the customer journey program with planning for all fulfillment, touch points and actions plans for all types of leads.
  • Assist with facilitating prompt, timely and engaging communication through marketing channels that deepens engagement level between our brand and our sales prospects, guests and owners/customers.
  • Serve as a liaison to the sales team to collaborate the lead fulfillment process and maintain consistency with marketing workflow and brand standards.
  • Assists with the inventory of marketing collateral and fulfillment for items identified as part of each customer journey.
  • Maintain an understanding of all active marketing campaigns and collateral developed by the marketing team in order to manage workflow and campaign attribution.
  • Oversees active campaigns and reviews call recordings for campaign accuracy, attribution, reporting and training.
  • Assists Digital Marketing Manager with all UTM tracking, custom landing pages and implementation of tracking for custom campaigns.
  • Monitors and reports on key performance indicators relative to media campaigns, social media presence, and that of organizations within our competitive set.
  • Provide analytics and reporting to Director of Marketing and SVP of Marketing and Sales on Marketing performance and makes recommendations as needed.
  • Collaborates with agency for all custom reporting projects.
  • Create and manage performance analysis, tracking and reporting for all marketing initiatives.
  • Monitors industry for best practices and makes recommendations on findings
  • Recruit, hire, train, and on-board all team members.
  • Assists with special departmental projects as needed.

Qualifications/Requirements/Experience/Education:

  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years of applicable sales and marketing operations experience, with demonstrated expertise in CRM management, Google Analytics, paid media, social media, email marketing, direct response and marketing strategy.
  • Experience in a marketing or communications agency, in-house marketing department or similar environment, preferably administering digital based programs. Real estate experience is a plus.
  • Experience with a sales CRM (such as Salesforce or Cecilian) including user management, automated work flows, reporting and training
  • Strong communications skills along with a high level of writing ability.
  • Excellent organizational skills; experience in managing and leading projects autonomously.
  • Detail-oriented and commitment to producing high-quality work and maximizing resources.
  • Experience in coordinating time-sensitive projects and proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent data manipulation and analytical skills.
  • Positive attitude, professional, courteous demeanor, strong work ethic and the ability to collaborate in a constructive manner with others in a dynamic working environment.
  • Good working knowledge of common business software, specifically Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Word. Advanced Excel knowledge a plus.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop and InDesign.
  • Strong working knowledge of campaign management and tracking via Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, Systems or other related field.
