Horizon Services are the “Go-to-Guys” for Residential and light Commercial Plumbing, Heating, Air Conditioning, and Garage Door service. We have a 25-year track record of outstanding customer satisfaction. We are looking for a motivated responsible Master Plumber to join the Team.

Residential / light commercial service and repair work. This will include basic residential and commercial plumbing repairs as well as water heater replacements, re-pipes, drain stoppages and sewer line replacements and other plumbing services as needed. You will have the opportunity to cross train other Technicians in:

Service, Diagnose, Repair, and Install all types of plumbing for Residential & Light Commercial Clients. Communicate the findings with the Client at whatever level necessary for them to understand the problem and make an informed decision about the solution. Offer additional products and services, including annual maintenance agreement, which will benefit them. Complete the work in a timely manner. Communicate clearly with the Office staff and Clients.

Salary Dependent on Qualifications (Hourly + commissions and spiffs)

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide hand and power tools as required for Service Technician position

Troubleshooting equipment / plumbing system, complete repair & installations of residential & light commercial projects

Verify and coordinate Plumbing building code compliance

Other duties as assigned

Communicate clearly, the ideas and explanations of problems to customers and coworkers

Acquire preventative maintenance agreements

Always maintain professional appearance and attitude

Run after hours/on-call calls as required

Job Requirements:

Master Plumber license

And be listed as the Responsible Master Plumber for the company

Demonstrate willingness to accept responsibility and leadership roles

Oversee plumbing work performed by other technicians.

Pull permits for necessary work performed.

Follow health and safety regulations

Knowledge of current regulations within the plumbing field

Must pass background check

Good physical condition

Good driving record

No DUI's in the last 5 years

Pass random drug screenings including marijuana

Horizon is a drug free company

Tattoos and piercings must be able to be covered up

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
