We are looking for a Material Handler to provide support to operations by loading, unloading, and moving materials within our facility. Play an active role in maintaining accurate inventory levels and support the team by prioritizing tasks to meet production goals. Must be available to
work any shift.
Job Requirements:
- Safely loads/unloads materials onto pallets, racks and shelves by hand or using a variety of material handling equipment (such as a forklift).
- Conduct quality assessments of materials during loading/unloading operations.
- Read and interpret work orders to determine which materials to pull and deliver. Prioritizes work to meet production demands.
- Keep materials area and other work areas clean and orderly and report potential hazards.
- Participate in counting materials for cycle counts and inventories. Communicate and maintain inventory levels.
- Able to pass drug screen, physical, and forklift test.
Under the general supervision of the Cell Leaders and Team Leaders, the Material Handler position adds value by performing the necessary help to meet daily production goals.

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prioritize work/training assignments as required.
- Responsible for positive interaction and communication with staff, supervisors, and customers.
- Responsible for developing and maintaining positive self-motivation.
- Prior experience operating a crane and / or forklift truck
- Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record
- Ability to successfully pass required testing for forklift
- Prior experience operating switching equipment is preferable
- Support quality projects and responsible care initiatives to ensure the Company meets its goals
- Have a good attendance, safety and employment record
- Exhibit the core and employee values in your daily work activities
