MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Three years of experience working as a Material Handler or Production Control Specialist
• Knowledge of kitting, pulling, and staging parts
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Applications

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Knowledge of material handling, pulling or kitting parts, and maintaining parts inventories
• Knowledge and ability to use Microsoft Office applications to create spreadsheets, Word documents, and presentations
• Knowledge of shipping and receiving and the ability to receive and ship various types of materials, parts, and other inventory when required
• Able to track, monitor, and source parts or tools to maintain appropriate inventory
• Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with all levels of contractors, consultants, employees, management, and vendors
• Able to work productively and collaboratively with all levels of employees and management
• Able to comply with all safety policies and procedures
• Demonstrated ability to exhibit tact and professionalism at all times
• Demonstrated ability to follow complex verbal or written instructions
• Demonstrated organizational and time management skills
• Demonstrated problem-solving and trouble shooting skills
• Flexible and able to prioritize

The hourly rate for this full-time position is between $20.90-$37.94 + bonus target + benefits. Within the range the individual pay may differ depending on additional factors including job responsibilities, job related knowledge, skills, abilities, education, and experience. The hourly pay range shown is subject to change and may be modified periodically.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

The Material Handler works primarily in an office environment Monday thru Wednesday and every other Thursday from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM. The schedule may be altered from time-to-time to meet business or operational needs; may travel from building-to-building as needed; may be required to pick up parts or inventory from local suppliers or vendors. Stands and walks; performs various fine grasping movements, bends, and twists; operates a forklift and/or pallet jack to load/unload parts or materials; operates a computer and enters information using a keyboard, operates a telephone, and other safety and office equipment. May occasionally be required to push, pull, or lift 50 pounds.
