Job Location: 2850 Willow Pass Rd, Bay Point, CA 94565

Position Type: contract( 9 months) with possible extension

Pay rate $45/hr on w2 with benefits.

Qualifications:

This position will be responsible for the coordination and planning of Raw Material Management of Change (MOC) process between all key functional groups. This will include monitoring of inventory of raw materials associated with the MOC’s, planning coordination, schedule prioritization and tracking and communication of the MOC’s. In addition to the raw material MOC process, this role will also get involved with raw material disruption management and raw material inventory optimization.

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Operations Management or Business Admin preferred
2+ years related experience
Proven ability to manage multiple and competing priorities
Strong planning, organizational and analytical skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Detail oriented with emphasis on accuracy
Able to develop and maintain strong cooperative working relationships within the group and across the organization
Be a self-starter; ability to work independently as well as with other personnel and management
Proficiency in MS Excel
Experience using an ERP system; SAP experience a plus
APICS certification a plus

Responsibilities:

Coordinate all raw material MOC between functions
Track status of MOC status and provide stock level reports with estimated Day of Coverage
Set raw material MOC priorities and coordinate production schedule with planning team to meet required timelines
Lead and/or participate in weekly status review meetings between Innovation, Quality, Engineering, Operations, Product Development and Planning teams
Coordinate any necessary special testing as part of the MOC for each individual material
Participate in weekly raw material escalation reviews
Help drive proactive activities to mitigate raw material supply risks

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $42.00 - $45.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
