Job Title: Math Tutor
Work Location: Onsite
Division/Department: Classroom/School building
Reports to: Teacher
Position: Part-time/Afternoons
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
⦁ As a Tutor you will work with students for the basic knowledge in the curriculum that they are currently learning. There will be a major emphasis on Math studies for 9-12 grade.
⦁ Proficient in Algebra 1 & 2, Geometry, Pre-Calculus, and Calculus.
⦁ Be able to articulate to students in a way that will allow them to solve the problem on their own, but be able to guide them.
⦁ Basic knowledge of general studies, history, science, government.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
⦁ High School Diploma or GED equivalent
⦁ Proficient in High School Math , and general study
⦁ The ability to teach someone, while maintaining patience and tolerance at the same time.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.45 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule:

- High school or equivalent (Required)

- Math: 4 years (Required)
