McDonald's shift leaders provide excellent leadership to crew to provide quality, service, and cleanliness to our guests. Shift managers oversee all operations ranging from greeting guests to the quality and speed of service. Additionally, shift managers are responsible for ensuring that adequate maintenance is carried out and controlling inventory and production.

As a Shift Manager, you may be responsible for:
