Becker Ag Inc is looking for a motivated individual to handle machine maintenance & repairs on a small fleet of fertilizer rigs and semi's. No 2 days are the same. Repairs and maintenance would mostly take place in our shop, but we do have a International 4300 service truck set up for in field repairs. Prior automotive or diesel repair would be greatly beneficial. You need to have the ability to diagnose and make a plan of action for repair. We do preventative maintenance as much as we can. Projects vary- from engine oil changes, 10 to 1000 hr services to rebuilding planetaries and king pins. You will work some days by yourself, and some days the our team will work alongside you. Pay is based on prior experience, attitude and aptitude. Most of this work happens in a 5 day work week. This could be a full time or part time position.

Skills Needed

• Diagnose problems and make a plan of action for repair.
• Diesel repair experience or Automotive repair experience
• Self Starter- need to be willing to work on your own some
• Flexibility- we are a custom ag business, sometimes you will need to head out to the field to conduct an emergency repair.
• Team & Customer Orientated.
• Relatively clean driving record - I need to be able to put you on my insurance
• Good attitude
• Ag Background would be a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.50 - $25.00 per hour
