Job description

Qualification:

• Degree or certification in mechanical, engineering, instructional Design, education, training, or related field of study

Required:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, with minimum 2 – 4 years of mechanical technical experience working with maintenance equipment, conducting assessments, developing learning solutions, supporting Engineering or operations;
• Experience managing multiple low-medium complexity learning solution projects

Preferred:

• Experience conducting assessments or working with equipment, knowledge of adult learning principles, facilitation, and learner-centered activities; experience managing / liaising with outsourced vendors to develop and/or provide learning content; experience developing blended learning solutions for different learning modalities (e.g. e-learning, classroom training, virtual training, etc.); knowledge of cGMP and OSHA requirements

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $40.00 - $43.00 per hour
