Job description

Modern Obgyn is seeking an experienced medical assistant or medical scribe who will rotate between our Johns Creek, Alpharetta, and Cumming, GA offices.

This rewarding role in our well-respected, private practice, is available to the ideal candidate. The ideal candidate is a goal oriented, team player, who is committed to providing exceptional patient care.

Job duties:

  • Triaging & rooming patients
  • Performing manual blood pressure checks
  • Obtaining & recording information pertaining to patient medical history
  • Performing urinalysis & urine pregnancy tests
  • Inventory
  • Sanitizing patient areas
  • Assists with in-office examinations & procedures, as needed

Required Skills:

  • Needs to be an articulate conversationalist
  • Strong organization with attention to detail
  • Computer skills
  • Team-oriented
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Accurate data entry
  • Ability to treat patients and co-workers respectfully
  • HIPAA compliant

Preference will be given for previous experience in women's health and/or bilingual in Spanish, Portuguese, or Korean.

Experience with eClinicalWorks (ECW) is desired.

Pay rate is subject to change, based on experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
