We have an opportunity for a part-time Medical Assistant or LPN at our Hutchinson Clinic Urgent Care. Be a part of the cohesive Urgent Care team! The Medical Assistant/LPN will manage the patient flow throughout the Urgent Care clinic and assist providers in the management and treatment of their patients. The position will also provide telephone support and facilitate communication between patients and providers. This position is eligible for all benefits.

Education, Training or Degree Required:

Medical Assistant Program Graduate or LPN registered in State MN

License/Registration/Certification Required:

• Current LPN license in the State of Minnesota or Medical Assistant
• Current CPR certification required

Experience and Skills:

• Previous Medical Assistant or LPN experience in a clinic setting preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge and skills necessary to provide appropriate care to patients served, along with appropriate support services to MD, NP and PA required. Familiarity with legal and insurance requirements related to documentation within the medical record required.
• Strong human relations, written and verbal communication skills required. Ability to work without direct supervision.

Additional Information:

• This position is scheduled 48 hours every two weeks which includes every 3rd weekend. More time off during the week.
