Work with the Dream Team at Reflex!
Reflex is a medical clinic providing non-surgical treatments for knee pain. We are seeking someone with exceptional communication skills to join our growing team. This is a hybrid position that includes answering phones, scheduling patient appointments, fostering relationships with patients, and administrative duties such as tracking leads, creating patient retention reports, and managing our referral program. Experience in sales, marketing and/or customer service is preferred.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answering phones
- Building personal relationships with patients
- Scheduling patient appointments
- Managing voicemails
- Managing website inquires and leads
- Tracking Leads for our marketing campaigns
- Creating patient retention reports
- Notifying providers regarding appointment times and schedule
- Managing schedule efficiency
- Managing our referral program
- Managing word of mouth campaigns and special promotions
- All other duties assigned by management
Skills We are Looking For:

Preferred Education & Experience (but not necessary to apply)
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office, Word and Excel
- 2-3 years of work experience is preferred, especially in customer service
