Are you a customer service rockstar? Jefferson Healthcare in Port Townsend, WA is looking for a skilled and compassionate medical receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be organized and detail-oriented, and have a passion for helping others. Responsibilities include greeting patients, scheduling appointments, answering patient phone calls, and maintaining a clean and welcoming waiting area. The ability to multitask and handle patient inquiries with sensitivity and professionalism is a must. Prior experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not required. What you'll need:

• High School degree or equivalent required
• One year of related experience in a clinical or medical office or other related experience required
• Candidates with Customer Service experience are encouraged to apply!
• Experience or education providing basic knowledge of medical terminology preferred
• Experience answering high volumes of phone calls preferred

Schedule: 1.0 FTE, 40hr/week; Day Shift, No weekends!
