Job description

Experienced Medical Phone Scheduler needed for a fast-paced high volume dermatology group located in Loganville, Georgia. Must have 2 years minimum experience working in a call center in a medical doctor’s office or hospital setting. The Medical Phone Scheduler will be responsible for providing a positive first impression of the practice by promptly responding to patients, other medical offices, pharmacies, vendors, and other practice sources who are calling into the practice. Duties include scheduling appointments, routing phone calls, rescheduling appointments, and reviewing provider schedules for accuracy. Phone Schedulers must present a calm, reassuring, competent demeanor and have the ability to be sensitive to patient needs at all times.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of Medical Receptionist / Medical Scheduler / Call Center Experience is Required

Schedule:

  • 8 hour day shift. 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
  • No weekends.
  • This is not a remote position.
