The Woodlands Branch of Meador Staffing has partnered with a local medical facility to add a Medical Billing and Coding candidate to their team to eventually take on a permanent role. This role will provide the highest quality service possible to all clients, visitors, and staff.

Responsibilities:

• Able to provide empathetic guidance to patients
• Verify insurances and updating information
• interacting with diverse personalities, maintaining a calm and professional demeanor at all times Understanding of Mental Health preferred
• May be required to work a rotating schedule and some evening hours
• Checking in visitors, staff and patients
• Scheduling appointments and visits

Position Requirements:

• High School or GED
• Experience working in a mental health facility preferred
• 1 year experience medical verification required
• Knowledge of various insurance plans (HMO, PPO, POS, Medicare, and Medicaid) strongly preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred. Bilingual employee will receive bilingual pay $16.58
• Applicants must have a valid Texas drivers license and be insurable
