Needed Schedules:

• AM (6am-2:30pm)
• Swing (2pm-10:30pm)
• NOC (10pm- 6:30am)

$1,000 Sign on Bonus for the first 3 full time employees hired- $500 on first paycheck, the other $500 upon completion of 60 days of employment and good standing in accordance with company policies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong, positive work ethic
• Reliable
• Good time management skills
• Able to communicate effectively and respectfully toward residents and staff.
• Prior experience in Senior Living is a plus, but NOT required.

POSITION OVERVIEW

Medtech:

• Medication Certification Required to pass meds.
• Administer and document medications given to residents.
• Follow ADL's (Activities of Daily Living) of all residents.
• Conduct wellness checks on residents throughout shift.
• Report any and all observed changes in resident behavior to Nurse.
• Encourage Teamwork and maintain a positive attitude.
• Complete incident reports as needed.

Caregiver:

• Follow ADL's (Activities of Daily Living) of all residents.
• Report any and all observed changes in resident behavior to Nurse.
• Conduct wellness checks on residents throughout shift.
• Encourage Teamwork and maintain a positive attitude.
• Complete incident reports as needed.
