The Membership Business Retention Specialist is responsible for retaining active members and reinstate inactive members while providing quality customer service when speaking with members .

Responsibilities:
- The Membership Business Retention Specialist will maintain a book of business and perform phone sales by placing phone calls from available calling lists.
- The Membership Business Retention Specialist maintain all goals established by Management to meet daily/ monthly bonus standards and call volume requirements.
- Ensure member accounts accuracy by frequently locating alternate contact information when return mail is received and updating contact information via a search engine.
- The Membership Business Retention Specialist is critical to ensuring the department is mastering the monthly renew revenue budget.
- The Membership Business Retention will r aise awareness and urgency to retain membership.
- The Membership Business Retention ass ists members with billing related inquires by suggesting payment options, reissuing invoices, and applying and balancing payment.
- Complete memberships in question quickly and efficiently.
Minimum Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Two years of customer service and sales experience
- Efficiency in Microsoft products.
- Customer service and excellent phone/ email etiquette.
- Coordination of multiple phone system.
- Functions in a fast-paced offices
- Sales and marketing support.
