Job description

We are looking for a Men's locker room attendant with a great attitude to provide an excellent member hospitality experience and a high level of service and facilities maintenance. Compensation includes salary and tips.

Key Responsibilities - Organization & Cleaning

• Keep all areas of the locker room clean and organized
• Regularly check and refill all standard toiletries
• Take all dirty laundry to housekeeping laundry room and garbage to dumpsters
• Wash restroom floor; wipe mirrors and walls; cleans basins, lavatories and showers. Follow the opening, ongoing and closing checklists
• Transports towels to and from laundry area
• Restocks supplies including tissue, toilet paper, towels, soap, shampoo, razors and aftershave lotion
• Maintains inventory of supplies. Maintains an inventory of supplies including shampoo, body wash, shaving razors, mouthwash, and linens
• Inspects locker area to ensure proper appearance, maintenance, cleanliness, and safety
• Maintains a list of occupied lockers and bills as appropriate
• Cleans and empties garbage cans and baskets
• Cleans sauna area and other equipment in locker room
• Deep clean lockers

Member Service

• Performs personal services including shining shoes, brushing clothes and adjusting golf shoe spikes
• Accurately record shoe shines and spike exchanges
• Ability to always focus attention on member needs
• Enforces established rules, regulations and policies
• Assures that all safety, accident and emergency policies and procedures are in place and consistently followed
• A genuine smile and warm welcome is what our members will experience as you greet them upon arrival.
• Assigns lockers for guests during tournaments or as needed
• Provides for the safety and security of all members' and guests' personal property
• Receives and greets members and guests
• Polish all shoes upon request and return them to the proper locker

Communication

• Excellent communication skills and professionalism
• Interacts with purchasing department to purchase locker room linens and supplies as needed
• Communicate with other departments as necessary
• Report any functional problems to the Golf management staff

Food & Beverage

• Accurately record all food and beverage sales
• Offer food and beverage to all players
• Maintain coffee and beverage supplies; cleans beverage area as needed
• Serves beverages from the bar to members and guests
• Serve meals to all Members and Guests in the Locker Room upon request

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
