For over 50 years, New Horizons Mental Health Services has worked to improve the health and wellbeing of individuals, families, and the community through our services.

We are currently seeking Mental Health Case Managers for full-time positions at the STARlight Center, a new Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU) opening in Lancaster, Ohio!

The STARlight center will be the first CSU in Fairfield County, offering voluntary stabilization, treatment, and recovery services 24/7 for individuals who need immediate or urgent mental health or substance abuse assistance.

What will you do?

Overall responsibilities for this position include:

• Provide primary and secondary services to adults with Severe Mental Disorders (SMD’s) at risk or in urgent/crisis situations.
• Assist with assessment and monitoring of adults with SMD’s, and assist with crisis stabilization.
• Teach and model skills, provide resources and coordination with additional services.

Do you have a high school diploma, valid driver’s license and auto insurance, and experience working with adults who have SMD’s?
